The development, production and repair of load lifting magnets, scrap magnets, magnetic separators and overbelt magnets are part of our daily business. The magnets of our model series are equipped with a robust housing and thus appropriate for harsh conditions such as e.g. application in steel plants, iron foundries as well as on mobile excavators.

Round magnets

Round magnet (Type LAR)

The round magnet LAR is a version which is made of solid material with high permeability. It is especially appropriate for holding and transporting small metal sheets respectively iron or tool parts.

For large thin metal sheets these magnets are used on traverses. Furthermore this type of magnet is appropriate for handling of ingots, cast iron scrap, scrap, small parts, screws and nuts.

* Theoretical values according to DIN-VDE 0580, referred to an even massive slab in case of lifting of massive parts the load capacity of the chain suspension must be considered.

Round magnet (Type LARG)

This series scrap magnets / round magnets was designed especially for handling scrap. The possible applications are in steelworks and iron foundries as well as mobile excavators. This magnet with robust housing is appropriate for harsh fields of use. Anodized aluminum strip coils are installed, which are casted with pure silicone in the housing. The magnets are operated with 220 VDC and have an ED of 75 %. Special voltages are possible on request.

Rectangular magnets

Rectangular magnets (Type LAES)

For the transport of billets, sheets, slabs and blocks. For the transport of materials up to max. 600 ⁰C these magnets are equipped with a magan double floor as well as with forced ventilation or a thermal shield for the optimum protection against heat. Pure heat-resistant silicone is used as casting compound.

Rectangular magnets (Type LAEST)

These magnets were developed for the use on traverses, in order to transport large metal sheets (from a thickness of 3 mm). Pure heat-resistant silicone is used as casting compound.
