The round magnet LAR is a version which is made of solid material with high permeability. It is especially appropriate for holding and transporting small metal sheets respectively iron or tool parts.
For large thin metal sheets these magnets are used on traverses. Furthermore this type of magnet is appropriate for handling of ingots, cast iron scrap, scrap, small parts, screws and nuts.

This series scrap magnets / round magnets was designed especially for handling scrap. The possible applications are in steelworks and iron foundries as well as mobile excavators. This magnet with robust housing is appropriate for harsh fields of use. Anodized aluminum strip coils are installed, which are casted with pure silicone in the housing. The magnets are operated with 220 VDC and have an ED of 75 %. Special voltages are possible on request.

Pure heat-resistant silicone is used as casting compound.
